An IP address is a specific number assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider for you to access the Internet and generally does not identify personal data because, in most cases, the IP address is dynamic (changed with each access to the Internet) rather than fixed (a single address used solely for one user).
“Conversion Pixels” (also known as single-pixel GIFs, clear GIFs, invisible GIFs, and 1-by-1 GIFs) are smaller than “cookies” and send information to a website owner about a visitor’s IP address and type of browser. Personal and individual data and information will not be sold or passed on to third parties under any circumstances, except where required by law or court order.
